You can also work part-time online for us and potentially earn stock options. We've developed an innovative job-based contract system called Worklist, where you can signup and make bids to do part-time work for us.  Most of the job listings you will find there are in the area of development (front end web, back-end PHP/node, iOS), program management, and testing.

You can signup in a few minutes, and we pay Worklist team members using PayPal.  Additionally, each quarter we give out stock options to the most active Worklist participants, as part of our overall compensation strategy (read more below). 

We allocate fully-vested stock options using a unique approach that attempts to accurately measure real contribution using a combination of earnings (whether FT or PT) and a quarterly process where all team members are empowered to distribute stock options to each other. Additionally, we combine traditional salaries with flexible/bonus income earned by working on specific jobs in an internal marketplace - a technique we have found both enjoyable and informative.
